OTET Teaching Assessment (Google form)

Using the Google Form

If you have a gmail account, you can get your own private copy of this form. (You can view and fill out forms without a Google account, but you will not be able to create your own.)

1. Follow this link to Jesse Kinder's shared folder of Google forms. You will see a list of available forms.

2. To view a form, double-click on it. Fill it out if you would like. The responses will go to Jesse.

3. To copy a form, return to the shared folder. Click once on a form to highlight it, then click on the "Three Dots" icon near the upper right corner of the screen. Select "Make a copy" to create a private copy of the form on your Google Drive.

You can access your forms directly by navigating to "forms.google.com". Enjoy!
